Staff On Site currently seeking Operations Manager for temp to hire position at an established company in Beloit, WI.
This position's primary objective is to complete the manufacturing plan, while controlling cost and keeping engaged associates.
The ideal candidate will be required to lead, as well as coach, the manufacturing team, which includes, but is not limited to:
Production Personnel and Production Leads.
These are 12 hour Weekend shifts on Friday - Sunday from 6 P -6 A and Monday 2P - 6PMUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON 1 ST OR 2 ND SHIFT M-F FOR FOUR TO SIX WEEKS.
Responsibilities :
Approve and/or design daily and weekly production plans Lead and coach production team and encourage associate engagement Ensure that Operators and technicians are performing obligations, tasks and following typical duties.
Coordinate manufacturing priorities with production leads Communicate with scheduling/warehouse/Operations Manager regarding delays in planning accomplishments.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Ensure operators and technicians have equipment necessary to perform duties Communicate with Process Engineers to maintain the Quality Management System and existing Processes Help maintain Safety procedures and overall plant safety (this is a responsibility of every employee) Lead safety and training program meeting and classes Communicate with other departments to ensure daily plan accomplishment Communicate with Maintenance department to ensure machines are operational Assisting with the interview process of new associates Communicate HR issues in a timely manner to management team Provide leads with work orders for the daily runs Perform additional tasks and projects delegated by Operations Manager Monitor efficiencies and productivity levels using data collection systems Attend any necessary improvement training Coach and mentor leads and associates on continuous improvement and 5s methodologies Monitor and enforce compliance with ABC Policies.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Specification/Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required, some higher education preferred.
At least 5 years of manufacturing experience required.
At least 3 years of leadership experience preferred Physical demands are high - must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
, stand, walk, carry, reach, push, and pull for a full 8-hour day.
Exceptional management and supervisory skills Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Excellent computer skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify issues and determine solutions that are needed.
We are now offering a $1,500 signing bonus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
